Interact and Rotary - Service Above Self

Rotarians and Interacts from District 5710 travel to Guatemala for the implementation of the access to safe drinking water  and access to health program that the district is mplementing in collaboration with ACONANI-Guatemala/USA, Woodland Public Charity and the Community of Patanatic, Sololá Guatemala. 

As part of the team of this “Service Above Self “ trip to Guatemala were three Interacts from the Shawnee Mission Northwest High School (SMNW)  Caitlin Elizabeth Beatty, Rachel Nadine Hoelting and Abigail Lee Zimmerman. The SMNW Interact Club were sponsored by the Lenexa Club.

Rotarian Paul Bossert from Topeka South Club, Alan  Cooper from the Leawood Club, Jorge D. Coromac from Lenexa Club and PDG Wes McCoy and Nancy McCoy from the Olathe noon club were also part of the team.
